Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to lead senior-level hiring across our organization.
This role requires a high level of discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to attract and close top executive talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior leadership roles
Partner closely with senior leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted search and strategic networking
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present strong shortlists
Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years' recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on executive hiring
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments (preferably tech or consumer goods)
Strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and high level of discretion
Proficiency in using ATS platforms
HR certification is an added advantage.
