The Role


As a manager, you will be the face of the brand, leding a high-performance team to deliver a worl-class guest experience. This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast paced, stylish environments and possesses a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, stock control, and P&L performance
Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a diverse tem to maintain elite service standards
Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a vibrant, high-quality, and seamless visit.
Problem Solving: Navigate operational challenges with calm, decisive action.


Requirements


Qualification: Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a management role (lounge, premium coffee shop, or modern retaurant)
Background: Proven track record in high-volume, trendy hospitality environments.
Skills: Strong organisational skills, proactive "owner-operator" mindset, and passion for modern service standards.
Availability: Willingness to relocate to Lagos and embrace an international expat opportunity
