Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
Ensure projects are executed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Monitor productivity, quality, and efficient utilization of resources.
Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to site workers.
Prepare site reports and communicate progress to management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman in construction, engineering, energy, power, or related projects.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Must be willing to work in Kogi State.
