Job Summary
We are looking for result-oriented and high-performing Marketers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about the logistics industry and possess the "sales DNA" required to expand our client base across Lagos and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify, reach out to, and secure new business relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Deal Closing: Navigate the sales funnel from lead generation to final service agreement, ensuring high conversion rates.
Service Marketing: Effectively communicate and market the company's full suite of logistics services (freight forwarding, haulage, customs clearance, etc.).
Client Retention: Manage and maintain existing relationships to ensure long-term partnership and repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as an experienced Marketer, preferably within the logistics, freight, or maritime industry.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and "closing" skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
Deep knowledge of the Lagos commercial landscape.
