Operations consultants play a key role in upholding the operational quality that supports our retail investment offering. Work in this space includes validating and processing clients' financial transactions within a regulated framework, engaging with clients, advisers and administrators to ensure compliance, resolving queries and more.


Experience and competencies


A minimum of four years' investment administration experience within the Unit Trust, LISP, Retirement and/or Employee Benefits industry.
Sound knowledge of FICA, FAIS, FATCA and POPIA
Experience in processing one or more of the below instructions:
New investment instructions and client onboarding
Switches
Transfers (e.g. Section 14)
Withdrawal and/or claim instructions (divorce, death, retirement, resignation, etc.)
Estate Late accounts
A track record in accuracy, compliance and operational excellence
Client focused with good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Able to function in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
Proficiency in MS Office
