You will play a key role in managing distributors, exploring new territories, and ensuring smooth market execution of our pharmaceutical and healthcare portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and onboard distributors and B2B accounts across East and Central Africa.
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closing and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets by product and country.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, pricing structures, and contracts within company margin guidelines.
Coordinate export documentation, Incoterms, customs clearance, and compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
Plan and execute market visits, trade shows, and customer trainings to strengthen distributor relationships.
Track pipeline performance and forecast accurately using CRM and sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic market intelligence to guide regional growth.
What You'll Need
Diploma in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in export or regional B2B sales, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding export sales targets across multiple countries.
Strong understanding of export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and distributor management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Pharmaceutical background or experience in the pharma value chain is a strong advantage.
