Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented F&G Operator with 3 years of hands-on experience in die cutting operations within the packaging industry.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in operating and maintaining die cutting machines and have prior experience working with companies such as Breez or Crownpak.
Key Responsibilities
Operate F&G die cutting machines efficiently to meet production targets.
Set up machines, including tooling, alignment, and calibration.
Ensure high-quality output by adhering to production specifications and standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Monitor production processes and adjust settings as necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize workflow.
Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&G Operator or Die Cutting Operator
Proven experience working with Shonghai Packaging, Studio Press, Crown Pak, or Breez
Strong technical knowledge of die cutting machinery and processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing.
Team player with good communication skills.
