Duties and Responsibilities


Secure suitable finance deals for customers by obtaining required supporting documentation
Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customers with clear, appropriate and compliant advice regarding finance options
Present and facilitate the sale of approved value-added products
Ensure all finance, insurance, and deal documentation is accurate and complete
Oversee and monitor the debtors book relating to finance transactions
Ensure FICA and RMCP requirements are met for finance transactions
Maintain regular communication with customers, sales executives, finance houses, and insurers
Support effective administration by ensuring customer files and compliance records are complete
Take ownership of personal performance and continuous professional development


Minimum Requirements


Matric / Grade 12
Minimum of three years' financial services or dealership finance experience
FAIS accreditation in line with Financial Sector Conduct Authority requirements
NCA, RE, COB, and CPD requirements must be completed
Sound knowledge of vehicle finance and credit application processes
