Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Fabrication, Deployment & Maintenance Manager to lead the fabrication, deployment, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of agricultural equipment across our operational hubs.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineering professional with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fabrication, manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial operations while ensuring high equipment performance, quality, and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities


Lead the fabrication, deployment, installation, and commissioning Of agricultural equipment, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programmes to maximize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain accurate service records.
Supervise and develop technical teams while coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless operations.
Drive continuous improvement by enforcing engineering and safety standards, analyzing equipment performance, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
