The Role:
The Facilities / Administrative Support role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of office facilities and providing administrative support to maintain a safe, functional, and well-organized work environment. The role supports vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and general office operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
What You Will Do:
Support the day-to-day management of office facilities to ensure a safe and conducive work environment
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office equipment and infrastructure
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely service delivery
Monitor facility usage and ensure optimal functionality of office utilities
Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment
Maintain records of facility activities, vendor contracts, and service schedules
Assist with general administrative duties including documentation and logistics coordination
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace
Support incident reporting and follow-up on facility-related issues
Requirements
What You Bring:
Experience:
Experience in facilities management or administrative support role
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience is an added advantage
Qualifications:
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration or related field
Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of facility operations and maintenance processes
Tech-savvy with the ability to use basic office and reporting tools
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work with minimal supervision
