HRLeverage Africa is recruiting a Facility Manager on behalf of a healthcare diagnostic client in Utako, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and CCTV monitoring
Ensure all building systems are operational and safe
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with vendors
Manage security protocols and emergency response plans
Supervise housekeeping, support staff, and security personnel
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Security, or related fields
Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management (healthcare or diagnostic facility preferred)
Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV, and safety protocols
Ability to manage teams (security, housekeeping, maintenance staff)
Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
