Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults in machinery, HVAC systems, and other facility equipment.
Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and proactive in problem-solving.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
