The successful candidate will partner closely with the Factory Manager and departmental heads to drive workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, productivity, performance, discipline, and compliance. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field with 57 years' progressive HR experience, with significant experience in an HRBP or similar HR advisory role.
