Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production processes (sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, pelletizing).
Ensure daily production targets for quality and quantity are achieved.
Supervise and coordinate factory staff, including supervisors and machine operators.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee machine performance and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance.
Manage raw materials, inventory control, and wastage reduction.
Prepare daily/weekly production and operational reports.
Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years' experience in manufacturing/industrial operations (Nigeria experience required).
Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Experience in inventory management and factory operations.
Exposure to injection molding and/or plastics recycling (PET recycling is an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of production machinery and maintenance coordination.
Proven leadership and factory management experience.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and operational skills.
Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
