Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Officer to coordinate and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring production activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with established quality standards
Location: Zaria, Kaduna State.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities.
Supervise production personnel and allocate tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Ensure machines and equipment are utilized effectively and report any operational issues requiring maintenance.
Enforce compliance with company operational procedures, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of production processes, equipment, and work areas to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, highlighting output, downtime, and operational performance.
Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure adequate production supplies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 4 years\' experience in a manufacturing, processing, or factory operations environment.
Good understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and factory operations.
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and quality management practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
