Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline with 810 years' experience in manufacturing within the construction chemicals, building materials, cement, concrete products, paints and coatings, or a closely related industry. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
