Factory Staff (Furniture) at Taeillo

Job Summary


We are seeking hardworking and reliable Factory Staff to support daily production activities within our furniture manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate will assist with production operations, material handling, assembly, finishing, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.


Key Responsibilities


Assist with daily furniture production and factory operations
Handle materials, tools, and production equipment properly
Support assembly, cutting, laminating, upholstery, packaging, and finishing processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the factory
Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions
Ensure products meet quality standards
Adhere to workplace safety and operational guidelines
Assist with loading, offloading, and movement of materials when required


Requirements


Minimum of SSCE qualification
Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
