MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2-3 years Dairy farming experience
Pasture management knowledge
Computer literacy essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and staff management skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Must be able to take initiative, while still being willing to take guidance and advice
Willingness to work longer hours when necessary
Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
Hardworking, honest and loyal
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport essential
RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOOT LIMITED TO
Key role in supporting the Senior Manager in all daily farm activities
Accurate data entry into Afikim and 4th Quadrant
Daily dairy operations
Daily duties every second weekend
Helping with seasonal tasks such as calving, planting, and more
Managing staff and allocating their daily work
General farm work, plus machinery and irrigation maintenance
