Job Summary
General Supervision and Management of a distinct area of 1300 Ha and to ensure operations in each field are coordinated planned to give optimum utilization of Labour, materials and equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation of SOPs (Irrigation cycle required, dyken, fertilizer & other input needed for maximum output.
Timely operation - Identify, define, & Gather data for all operation.
The Farm Manager must be confidence to achieve target by following all steps to ensure achieve cane yield.
Farm Manager must have the willingness and ability to accept responsibility and a reasonable degree of risk.
To effect proper budgeting control and materials.
Ensure all SOP are followed.
Ensure all safety measures are in place.
Report to the Agric. Manager on the day-to-day operations in his farm.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Shall hold the minimum of Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma in Agricultural related Courses.
Any relevant profession certificate.
10 Years working experience in any agricultural related companies.
