Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
Citrus production experience
Livestock experience
Maintenance orientated
Ability to motivate and work with staff
Strong communication skills
Computer literate
Valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Manage daily operations
Coordinate routine tasks across the farm
Monitor production schedules and workflow
Ensure work is completed safely and on time
Oversee equipment and maintenance
Handle preventative maintenance and basic repairs
Manage heavy machinery operations safely
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed
Lead and supervise
Provide clear direction to staff/crew
Support training and safe work practices
Maintain strong communication across the operation
Problem-solving and troubleshooting
Identify issues early and implement clear communication to the senior management
Adapt to changing conditions (weather, workload, etc.)
