Requirements:
Proven experience in farm management, business development, and marketing
Ability to increase farm productivity and sales
Knowledge of digital marketing and conventional sales strategies
Experience in attending agricultural exhibitions and developing partnerships
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years' experience in such position in an organized Agro-Allied sector.
Experience in Crop & Animal Management
Knowledge of Agribusiness development & produce sales
Financial and operations management experience.
Knowledge of creating of work plan for land preparation, fertilizing, planting of crops, cultivation and harvesting.
Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage Clients, internal & external
Excellent communication skills and the ability to complete tasks on time.
