Plan, organize, and supervise all plantation activities (planting, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting).
Develop and implement crop production schedules.
Monitor crop health and ensure proper pest and disease control.
Farm hands/staff supervision
Manage farm workers and supervisors.
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure workers follow safety and operational procedures.
Manage farm inputs such as seed planting, fertilizers, chemicals, and equipment.
Ensure efficient use of water, land, and machinery.
Maintain inventory records and procurement schedules.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
Keep accurate records of production, labor, and costs.
Report farm performance to owners or management.
Ensure farm machinery and tools are properly maintained.
Oversee repairs and servicing of equipment.
Maintain irrigation systems and farm structures.
Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
Implement health and safety practices on the farm.
Monitor proper handling of agrochemicals.
Ensure high-quality crop yield and productivity.
Implement best agricultural practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
A Master's Degree is an added advantage.
Proven experience in plantation/Palms Planting or farm management.
Preferably a Male between the ages of 30 and 45 years old
Must be willing to relocate to Oyo State
