Interested candidates should possess strong leadership skills, be hard-working, proactive, and able to take initiative; a Female, preferably in her mid-20s to mid-30s, be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English, loves children and has a proven track record of excellent childcare, must have a verifiable reference from a previous employer and capable of handling basic household responsibilities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
