We are looking for a passionate and result driven Field Agronomist to join our Commercial Department at KHS. To drive product penetration among farmers and agrovets by providing Agronomic support, promoting product adoption and gathering Marketing Intelligence within assigned region.
Work Experience:
	2 years in agronomy or field extension services
Skills & Requirements
	Diploma or Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
	Proficiency in Microsoft Office
	Strong planning, time management, and time management skills
	Strong execution & follow-up ability
	Valid Kenyan motorcycle riding license Key
Responsibilities
	Agronomic Support: Provide technical advice and guidance to farmers and agrovets on company products.
	Field Visits: Conduct regular farm visits and follow-ups to monitor crop performance and product adoption.
	Demonstrations: Organize field days and farmer visits to showcase product performance and best practices.
	Training & Promotion: Conduct agrovet trainings and counter-selling to boost product awareness and sales.
	Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, product performance, and farmer preferences.
	Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with input suppliers and partners to strengthen farmer support.
	Reporting: Submit timely farm visit reports and maintain accurate farmer and agrovet records.
