Key Responsibilities
Acquire, onboard, and manage merchants within assigned territories
Drive POS and product adoption among merchants
Execute deployment tasks, reactivation, and margin swap activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Cover assigned sales territories effectively and efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND qualification
Prior experience in sales or field marketing is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in the field
Professional attitude and good brand representation.
