A
Field Executive at Abelinis Limited
Abelinis Limited
September 05, 2026
Full-time
On-site
Sector: FMCG
If you're someone who thrives on the ground, loves talking to people, and knows how to turn a conversation into an order, this one's for you. As a Field Executive, you'll be at the front line of our sales engine generating demand, building relationships, and keeping our products moving through your market.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll cover a mapped territory, and your job is to keep the orders coming and the relationships strong. That looks like:
Proactively engaging customers to generate consistent, quality orders — not just waiting for them to call
Building real relationships that keep customers coming back
Hitting your billing targets by working closely with customers and coordinating with your VDR colleagues
Following your journey plan and visit schedule without cutting corners
Growing volume by keeping products available, spotting upsell opportunities, and managing a healthy portfolio mix
You'll be in constant contact with DMS Operators (to get orders processed correctly), Van Delivery Representatives (to make sure what you sell actually gets delivered), and your Sales Supervisor or TAM for guidance and feedback.
How we'll know you're doing well
80%+ of your assigned volume target
80%+ of planned customers billed
90+ outlets stocked with the SKUs they need
100% adherence to your journey plan
What you'll need
HND or OND (minimum, depending on standard)
0 - 2 years in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role
FMCG or distribution experience is a plus, though not essential
Comfortable working out in the field every day, in a target-driven environment
Intermediate skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and territory management
Ability to use tools like OmniOne for order capture and reporting
The kind of person who thrives here
Someone with an entrepreneurial streak (you treat your patch like your own business). Results-driven, honest, collaborative, and quick on your feet when things change. And above all, genuinely customer-focused.
Where this can take you
This role is a strong stepping stone toward Sales Supervisor or Van Sales Supervisor positions. You'll also have access to ongoing training and coaching through the Academy to keep sharpening your skills.
