Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Marketer to join our growing FMCG team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing and sales activities, increasing product visibility, and expanding market share within the soap and toothpaste segment.
This role requires strong field sales experience, particularly within FMCG, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG sales (soap and toothpaste segment preferred)
Strong marketing, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Familiarity with Lagos market dynamics is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Performance & Incentives:
Monthly sales targets will be assigned
