Major Responsibilities
Promote the company's products and services to potential customers in assigned locations.
Actively engage with individuals, SMEs, and retailers to onboard them onto the company's e-commerce platform.
Conduct field surveys and gather market insights to support marketing strategy.
Distribute flyers, samples, and promotional materials where necessary.
Drive customer sign-ups, sales conversions, and brand awareness.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, and conversions.
Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of OND or its equivalent.
1-3 years of work experience.
Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Must be confident, presentable, and goal-oriented.
Willingness to work outdoors and visit designated field locations.
Basic understanding of e-commerce, online shopping, or digital platforms is an added advantage.
