Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and result-driven Marketers who will actively represent the company in the field, attract customers and students, and expand awareness and participation across all Ileoja Group departments.
The Field Marketer will be responsible for promoting Ileoja Group's services and offerings by engaging directly with individuals, businesses, institutions, and communities.
The ideal candidate will proactively generate leads, convince prospects to engage with the company's products and services, and successfully onboard customers, partners, and students into our various business units.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, persuasion ability, and a passion for meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation:
Promote Ileoja Group's services across all departments:
E-Commerce
Academy (Business & Tech Courses)
Homes & Properties
Farming/Agribusiness
Conduct outdoor and field marketing activities to attract new customers and students.
Identify and approach potential clients, partners, and prospects.
Generate qualified leads through physical outreach, events, and networking.
Sales & Conversion:
Convince prospects to enroll in academy courses and participate in company offerings.
Present company products and opportunities clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion.
Achieve assigned marketing and enrollment targets.
Brand Representation:
Act as a professional representative of Ileoja Group at all times.
Educate the public about company services and opportunities.
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Reporting & Documentation:
Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and prospects.
Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of leads generated.
Number of customers/students onboarded.
Conversion rate.
Revenue contribution.
Weekly and monthly target achievement.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Relevant marketing or sales experience is an added advantage.
Experience:
1 - 3 years experience in marketing, sales, field marketing, or business development is preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong persuasion and marketing abilities may apply.
