Field Officer (Inventory Financing & Savings Mobilisation) at Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities


Onboard traders and small business owners within the assigned market cluster.
Support inventory financing processes and monitor repayment cycles.
Encourage repeat inventory financing usage among reliable customers.
Promote savings mobilisation through the company's digital platform.
Monitor customer activity and identify potential repayment risks.
Build strong relationships with traders, market leaders, and community stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular field activity reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.


Requirements


Minimum of NCE or OND in any discipline.
Must reside within or close to the assigned cluster/location.
Comfortable working in a field-based sales and relationship management role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic smartphone literacy and ability to use mobile applications.
Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
