About the Role
We are seeking energetic, confident, and self-motivated Field Recovery Officers to join our team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for recovering loan repayments and savings from clients while maintaining professional relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a field-based role that requires regular movement within assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients at designated locations for loan and savings recovery.
Follow up on overdue accounts professionally and respectfully.
Negotiate repayment plans where necessary.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collections.
Submit daily field activity and recovery reports.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and able to engage people effectively.
Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
Ability to work independently and meet recovery targets.
Previous experience is not required. Successful applicants will receive comprehensive training.
