Responsibilities
Market Understanding:
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze consumer insights and monitor industry trends to develop actionable marketing and sales strategies.
Channel Partner Management:
Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Build strong relationships to expand product reach and market penetration.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive revenue growth through selected channels.
Sales Execution:
Present and demonstrate products/samples to potential customers.
Negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Submit daily sales and activity reports.
Collaborate closely with Chinese suppliers and local sales leads via WeChat and Lark.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years strong sales experience in related FMCG or product-based fields.
Proven access to strong channel resources with a track record of excellent sales performance.
Deep product knowledge and market understanding.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) compatible with WeChat and Lark for work-related communication.
