Field Sales Executives – Animal Feeds at CDL Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:


Identify, engage, and acquire new clients within the animal feeds and milling industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and gather market intelligence.
Promote and sell animal feed products to millers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations to promote the brand.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer trends.


Qualifications & Experience:


Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Animal Feeds to millers.
Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry selling Maize, Soya, or Oil will also be considered.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel extensively across the country.
Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
