Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG or logistics sales, with a strong focus on field execution
Proven experience onboarding SMEs (e.g., Instagram vendors, retailers, wholesalers) onto digital platforms
Demonstrated success in expanding into new markets or territories, especially within Lagos or similar environments
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including delivery cycles, rider coordination, and merchant expectations
Experience managing distributors, sales agents, or field teams with measurable performance outcomes
Ability to sell to everyday business owners and build trust-based commercial relationships
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Excel for pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance management
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and close deals effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to onboard high-volume merchants and business partners
Drive B2B sales and secure long-term contracts with SMEs and enterprise clients
Identify and open new territories, expanding the company's footprint in competitive markets
Lead, manage, and monitor a team of field sales agents to achieve set targets
Build strong relationships with merchants to improve retention and service adoption
Work closely with operations to ensure efficient delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
