Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence within the cosmetics/FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales across wholesale and local markets
Manage modern trade channels (supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty chains, retail outlets)
Build and maintain strong distributor and retailer relationships
Negotiate trade terms and achieve sales targets
Identify business opportunities and expand product distribution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2+ years' experience in cosmetics or FMCG sales
Proven experience with local and modern trade markets
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of cosmetics products and market dynamics
Existing market network is an added advantage.
