Role Objective:


We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive business growth by expanding our customer base and managing relationships in the field. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for identifying new leads, conducting in-person presentations, and closing deals.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:


Identify new business opportunities through networking, and regional market research.
Visit potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate logs of all field activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale within company guidelines.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities as required.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Perform any other sales-related duties as may be assigned


Job Specifications and Qualifications:


Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
