As a Field Sales Representative at Mars, you will be accountable for ensuring maximum physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations. You will drive the quality of displays and deliver excellent execution aligned with perfect store ambitions to achieve incremental business and category growth.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an in-field sales professional within the FMCG industry, with supervisory experience considered an advantage.
You'll hold a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related area.
A qualified and competent driver with a clean and valid driving license is essential.

Develop breadth of availability, visibility, and distribution through excellent execution across assigned channels, whether modern trade or traditional trade, aligned with sales and success metrics.
Manage, support, and motivate distributor and third-party sales partners to drive availability and quality execution that meet growth targets and sales metrics.
Execute the field sales operational plan in line with the Perfect Store initiative, annual cycle briefs, activity calendars, and channel/account plans through engagement with Mars Field Sales Development Leaders and Customer Marketing Team.
Negotiate range, share of shelf, placement, and POS directly with customers, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of agreed activities.
Support the selling process through order management by self and distributor or third-party sales teams, collaborating across business functions.
Build collaborative relationships internally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Development, and externally with customer regionals, replenisher, and buyers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) standards and safeguard company assets such as vehicles and merchandising materials.
