Key Responsibilities


Student Recruitment & Lead Generation
Identify and engage prospective students across schools, colleges, and local communities.
Execute outreach initiatives including school visits, education fairs, and community activations.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, messaging, and in-person interactions.
Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support
Provide accurate guidance on academic programs, career pathways, and admission requirements.
Support prospective students through the application and enrollment process.
Address inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
Achieve defined enrollment targets within specified timelines.
Partnership Development
Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders.
Develop referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and relevant organizations.
Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities to expand reach.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Represent the organization at exhibitions, career days, and community events.
Promote programs through targeted distribution of marketing materials.
Organize and support local awareness campaigns and information sessions.
Territory Management
Manage and grow assigned geographic territories effectively.
Plan and execute weekly outreach and engagement schedules.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and intelligence.
Reporting & Administration
Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments.
Ensure timely updates and effective use of CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment within a similar field is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
