Talent Grid Africa is recruiting Field Sales Representatives on behalf of a premier automotive engineering and garage services provider in Nairobi.
This is a commercially focused role for a professional who can build new business across retail drivers, corporate fleets, transport and logistics companies, institutions, NGOs, schools,
Key responsibilities include:


Acquiring new service and fleet accounts
Developing relationships with corporate and institutional clients
Building partnerships with insurers, brokers and automotive assessors
Preparing proposals, SLAs, quotations and pricing presentations
Growing repeat business through effective account management
Executing field sales and marketing activities
Maintaining accurate CRM and sales pipeline records
Supporting revenue collection and reporting


Ideal candidate:


Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of frontline sales experience
Experience in automotive, transport, garage services, fleet management or insurance is an advantage
Strong negotiation, networking and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales environment
