Field Service Site Manager -Engineering at MPRTC Recruitment

Oversee site operations, safety, project planning, team management, client relationships, and performance reporting while driving productivity and operational efficiency.


Requirements:


National Certificate NQF Level 4; Engineering or Business Administration degree advantageous.
Minimum 4 years' management experience, preferably in site operations or project management.
Strong knowledge of engineering products including drives, belting, hydraulics, and VSDs.
Experience with safety management systems and site compliance.
Strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
Willingness to work after hours for site breakdown support.
