Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Valid driver's licence with a good driving record
Technical experience in refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, or a related technical field
Previous experience in driving and delivering equipment
1 - 2 years' experience in refrigeration or a technical service environment will be advantageous
Safe Gas Handling Licence (essential)

Key Responsibilities
Technical Repairs & Maintenance
Diagnose faults on refrigeration and dispensing equipment.
Perform repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance.
Sanitize and clean equipment in accordance with company standards.
Inspect equipment before dispatch to ensure it meets quality standards.
Complete service reports and job cards accurately.
Ensure all work is completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Warehouse Operations
Assist with general warehouse operations and housekeeping.
Receive, store and prepare equipment for dispatch.
Participate in stock counts and inventory control activities.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and scanning processes.
Ensure vehicle stock is accurately controlled and replenished.
Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
Deliveries & Customer Service
Deliver equipment safely and professionally to customer sites.
Install, collect and exchange equipment where required.
Provide basic operational guidance to customers.
Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
Ensure company vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Repairs and preventative maintenance completed within SLA timeframes.
High first-time fix rate and quality of workmanship.
Accurate completion of service reports and job documentation.
Effective stock control with minimal discrepancies.
