We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.


Job Responsibilities


Provide on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving network issues
Install, configure, and test network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on network equipment and infrastructure where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation, configuration, and repair activities.
Must possess good troubleshooting, analytical, communication and reporting skill


Requirements


Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a field support, IT, or network engineering role.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and telecommunications infrastructure.
Ability to diagnose and repair hardware/software issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
