Field Territory Trade Marketers – Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC)- Thika at CDL Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:


Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across assigned territory
Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotion compliance
Manage distributors and coordinate field teams to achieve sales and distribution targets
Conduct regular market audits and provide timely reports to management


Requirements

Key Requirements:


2 - 5 years' experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products
Experience managing distributors and a minimum of 10 field staff per territory
Strong knowledge of general trade execution, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promo compliance
Proven track record in territory ownership and growth
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Ability and willingness to work extensively in the field
