Description
We are seeking a diligent and well-organized Filing and Documentation Officer to join our team as an NYSC member.
The ideal candidate must be a Law graduate with strong attention to detail and good administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Proper filing, organization, and maintenance of physical and electronic documents.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of company files.
Assist with preparation, review, and documentation of legal and operational records.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
Support compliance and internal documentation processes.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be a Law graduate currently serving or awaiting deployment under the NYSC scheme.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage records efficiently.
Basic knowledge of legal documentation and office procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N70,000 / month.
