Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Film & Television Production Instructorto join our creative training team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching both the theoretical foundations and practical components of film and television production, preparing students for careers in cinema, broadcast media, and digital content creation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on industry professional with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to mentor emerging creatives.


Key Responsibilities


Design and deliver structured lessons in film and television production.
Teach core areas, including:

Scriptwriting
Directing
Cinematography
Television studio production
Sound design
Editing and post-production
Production management


Supervise student projects from concept development to final production.
Provide constructive technical and creative feedback.
Guide students in producing short films, talk shows, documentaries, and studio productions.
Stay updated with emerging trends in broadcast and digital media.
Support portfolio development and career preparation.
Organize workshops, screenings, and practical production exercises.


Qualifications & Technical Competencies


Bachelor's degree & professional training in Film Production, Mass Communication, Theatre Arts, Media Studies, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
Proven industry experience in film or television production.
Experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating creative training programs.
Strong knowledge of production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production).
Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
DaVinci Resolve
After Effects
Avid Media Composer
Familiarity with:
Multi-camera television & film productions handling


Studio & film lighting setups
Broadcast workflows
Live streaming systems
Strong communication and presentation skills.


Preferred:


Experience producing television programs or broadcast content.
Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
Experience in documentary or talk show production.
Membership in professional media associations.
Familiarity with emerging tools such as Unreal Engine or AI-assisted editing tools.
