Key Responsibilities


Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and US GAAP, oversee month-end and year-end close processes, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare statutory financial statements.
Oversee supplier onboarding, invoice processing and allocation, employee expense claims, corporate credit card administration, and timely payment of vendors and employees.
Review and oversee the filing of VAT, WHT, WHVAT, instalment tax, and corporate tax returns, while serving as the primary liaison with tax authorities.
Coordinate internal and external audits, work closely with external accounting firms, and ensure compliance with financial control and reporting requirements.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register, monitor asset tracking, conduct expense reviews, and strengthen financial controls and governance processes.
Manage intercompany invoicing and reconciliations, coordinate settlements with the netting center and regional finance teams, administer withholding tax requirements, and prepare payment files.


Key Qualification


Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Must be CPA (K) or ACCA Finalist
Relevant Experience of up to 5 years in accounting, finance, financial reporting, tax, or a related finance function.
Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience using financial systems such as SAP, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify issues, and provide practical solutions.
Excellent Communication and Attention to Detail, with strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
