Key Responsibilities
Lead the firm's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, payroll, and banking.
Develop and maintain financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, and audit requirements.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth, profitability, and cost optimization.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, budgets, profitability, receivables, and cash flow.
Oversee procurement, supplier contracts, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Manage office administration, facilities, IT infrastructure, and operational resources.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Lead risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal and external audit processes.
Support strategic initiatives through participation in Finance, ERP/IT, and other management committees.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance and Administration team to drive high performance and operational excellence.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with CPA (K)/ACCA qualification.
Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
Experience using ERP systems and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
