Finance Associate at Ando

Key Responsibilities


Daily reconciliation of cash collections across riders, branches, and payment channels
Track and verify rider payments and ensure timely remittance of collections
Follow up with riders and branches on pending balances, discrepancies, or compliance gaps
Assist in calculating rider payouts and delivery-related payments
Prepare daily and weekly reconciliation and finance reports
Ensure compliance across branches on cash handling and operational finance processes
Identify discrepancies, leakages, or process gaps and escalate accordingly
Support finance and operations teams with audits, controls, and process improvements
Cross-check operational data against platform reports and internal systems


Requirements


1 - 3 years of experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a related role
Prior experience in reconciliation or audit is strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and high ownership mindset
Comfortable working with large datasets and operational reports
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced operations-heavy environment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience in logistics, delivery, retail, FMCG, or restaurant operations is a plus
