Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and manage company budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor cash flow, revenue, and project expenses.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax obligations.
Supervise accounting staff and financial processes.
Track property sales revenue and commission structures.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities including the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
3-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
