We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance & HR Lead to oversee the company's financial management and human resource functions.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Finance Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll administration.
Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and supporting documentation in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements while providing forecasts and financial insights to management.
Coordinate and support external audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance requirements.
Oversee procurement processes, vendor management, payment schedules, and expense tracking.
Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.


Human Resources Responsibilities:


Maintain employee records and HR documentation, including employment contracts, leave records, benefits administration, and personnel files.
Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
Support performance management processes, employee evaluations, and goal-setting initiatives.
Facilitate employee engagement, training, learning, and development programs.
Manage payroll-related employee data, attendance records, and benefits administration.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support organizational growth.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and HR-related inquiries.


Qualifications and Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, human resources, or a similar operational leadership role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, payroll administration, and statutory compliance.
Working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
